El Mundo (a Spanish newspaper): Falun Gong followers exposed the crimes of Jiang Zemin’s violation of human rights and persecution of Falun Gong to the locals and tourists during his visit to Germany.

Journalist Anna Lotus reported in Berlin: During Jiang’s visit to this city, Falun Gong followers and its sympathizers staged a peaceful demonstration in front of Hotel Adlon, where Chinese leader Jiang Zemin stayed. This protest dramatized the event of China’s (Jiang’s gang’s) persecution of Falun Gong.

A Falun Gong practitioner who joined in the protest said: We merely want to protest peacefully around the Congress and Presidential Palace, where German Chancellor meets Jiang Zemin, to call on Jiang Zemin to promptly stop the persecution of Falun Gong.

To avoid the embarrassment of being asked questions about issues of Falun Gong and Tibet, Jiang Zemin didn’t hold any press conference in Germany nor in his following visits to Libya, Nigeria, Tunisia and Iran.

The report said: Several human rights organizations and Amnesty International generally conceded, “human rights conditions in this country, where the Great Wall is located, are quite poor.”
