Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Li Weimin lives in Qing County in Hengshui City, Hebei Province. He was forcibly taken into custody in Hengshui City and is detained in the Hengshui City Detention Centre. We learned that the Qing County Police received an order to send a certain number of Falun Dafa practitioners to forced labour before the 2008 Olympics. They are trying to forcibly take Mr. Li Weimin to a labour camp again.

On August 3rd, 2007, Qing County Police Department Deputy Director Sun Jiaqi (male) issued a forced labour sentence to Mr. Li Weimin. On August 10th, 2007, the police from Hengshui City Department arrived at the detention centre and tried to force Mr. Li Weimin to have his picture and fingerprints taken and to sign his sentencing statement again. Mr. Li Weimin absolutely refused and strongly resisted. One of the police officers said viciously, "We can still come up with material to have you sent to a labour camp, even without your signature." The officer signed Mr. Li's sentencing form and left with a foreboding smile.

Mr. Li Weimin was formerly a human resources government employee in Qing County. He was mistreated while serving a forced labour term in the Kaiping Forced Labour Camp in Tangshan City. On July 28th, 2007, he was arrested again and detained with a 15-day term in the Hengshui City Detention Centre. In order to meet the upper levels' requirement to send a certain number of Falun Dafa practitioners to forced labour before the 2008 Olympics, the Qing County Police Department fabricated excuses, dispatched Deputy Director Sun Jiaqi, Officer Han Lei (male), and others to the Hengshui City Detention Centre, and tried to issue Mr. Li Weimin a forced labour sentencing statement, which was instantly torn up by Mr. Li.

After the officials in Qing County heard this, they had Sun Jiaqi and Han Lei rush to Hengshui City again and try to forcibly take Mr. Li to a labour camp.
