From July 16th to 18th, 2007, Falun Gong practitioners from Peru held activities to expose the brutal persecution at three universities: Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, Universidad Nacional de Educacin Enrique Guzmany Valle and Universidad Nacional de Ingenieria.

Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos has more than 20 thousand students. Falun Gong practitioners held the activity from 8:00am to 10:00pm on July 16th. They exhibited photos and passed out materials. Teachers and students were shocked by the Chinese Communist Party's brutality. Some teachers expressed that they would tell their students about the persecution and students said they would go to the Falun Gong websites to learn more details.

At Universidad Nacional de Educacin Enrique Guzmany Valle, practitioners passed out Falun Gong flyers and the Epoch Times newspaper to several hundred faculty members. The teachers were surprised at the facts exposed by the Epoch Times, which are very different than what they heard from the Chinese media. They thanked practitioners for bringing them the truth and expressed that they would learn more details about Falun Gong. Many of them signed their names in support. [Editors note: The Epoch Times has often reported on the persecution of Falun Gong in China and the extension of this persecution, by the CCP, abroad.]

At Universidad Nacional de Ingenieria, practitioners held up banners reading "Falun Dafa is good" and "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance," at a busy spot and exhibited photos which expose the brutality of the persecution. Some teachers viewed the photos and took copies of the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party.

In three days, practitioners passed out more than 30 thousand flyers. They were pleased that many people learned about Falun Gong.
