On June 1st and 2nd, 2007, the Music Art Festival was held in Kista, Northern Stockholm. Falun Gong practitioners took this opportunity to raise awareness about the CCP's cruel harvest of organs from living Falun Gong practitioners. They collected signatures condemning this brutality. The signatures collected will be handed to the Swedish government, urging the government to talk about the abuse of Falun Gong human rights in China when Hu Jintao who visited Sweden a few days ago.
During the two days, the weather was very good, youngsters were especially more obvious among the crowd and most of them came in groups of three to five. When they heard about the cruel atrocity of harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners, they expressed great anger, immediately took pens and signed their names and addresses. A youngster told his friend, ‘‘It’s enough for you to sign for me, I don’t need to sign again.’’ His friend told him very seriously, ‘‘No! This thing is so evil! You must sign, this needs everybody, and we all need to stop them! It shouldn’t be allowed to happen on this earth!’’ The youngster nodded his head again and again, ‘‘Yes! Yes!’’ and signed his name immediately.
Some artists and music fans also tried to make time and signed their names on the petition forms. There were also some people who wanted to understand Falun Gong more deeply, asking about the exercise sites and the place to buy Falun Gong books.
The festival was over very quickly, Falun Gong practitioners used most of their day standing there to reveal the truth to people and collect signatures. Athough it was hard work, they were happy to see so many people understand that Falun Gong being is persecuted and recognise the evil nature of the CCP.
