Recently, a teenage student called Steffi gave me a call and asked me to help produce a two-minute film about the persecution of Falun Gong by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). I was a little bit surprised because Steffi doesn’t actually practise Falun Gong. But she is concerned about the human rights abuses against practitioners in China and wanted to do something to make a difference so I was very happy to help her.
Later on, I came to know some of the background. One year ago, when Steffi and her mum were walking on a Frankfurt shopping street, she saw an information exhibition about the CCP harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners and selling them to donor seekers. She was deeply touched after hearing about these crimes, described as “a new form of evil” in a report by an independent Canadian investigation team.
One year later, she decided to use the persecution of Falun Gong as the topic of her report in her social science class test. Steffi made a report entitled “Falun Gong being persecuted”, and also made two big poster boards, presenting the truth of Falun Gong and the persecution of Falun Gong by Jiang Zemin and the CCP. In this report, it was required to make a short film relevant to the topic. I sent Steffi a copy of Nine Commentaries on the Chinese Communist Party, so that she could learn more about how the CCP has always persecuted innocent people since its inception and is responsible for the deaths of over 80 million Chinese people..

Steffi’s presentation got an excellent grade. Along with that, copies were made and spread them throughout the whole school. In my opinion, Falun Gong practitioners who are suffering persecution in China will all be glad about Steffi’s report. If more and more people know about the truth of the hidden persecution and spread it more widely, then the persecution will end soon.
