The Canadian independent investigation team’s report on the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) atrocity of harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners has made a major impact across the world. To spread the grace of Falun Dafa and to further expose the CCP’s inhuman crimes and introduce the investigation report to local governments, elected officials, and the media, Falun Gong practitioners in Canada held a nationwide SOS Car Tour. Through the car tour, practitioners called on the Canadian people, governments, elected officials and the media to support Falun Gong and condemn and stop the CCP atrocities. The car tour ran 30,000 kilometers (18,750 miles). The practitioners visited big, medium and small cities, and met local members of city councils, members of provincial parliaments, members of the National Parliament, mayors, and governmental officials. They held press conferences at each stop and distributed truth-clarification materials. The tour was warmly and well received by local governments and elected officials. Local newspapers, radio broadcasting stations and TV stations interviewed practitioners and reported on the car tour, further exposing the CCP’s atrocities.

Many members of Parliament said that they would discuss the CCP atrocity of organ removal from living Falun Gong practitioners when Parliament resumes session in September. Officials in some cities said that they would discuss the issue in city council meetings and condemn the atrocity. Several government officials said they would write to the federal government to express their concern. Equally important was that the SOS Car Tour helped more Canadians know about the CCP’s brutal nature and the wave of withdrawals from the CCP in China.
