A 24-hour hunger strike calling for an end of CCP’s live organ removal from Falun Gong practitioners was conducted in at least ten countries in the Asia-Pacific region. On the afternoon of July 19th, 2006, practitioners in Taiwan's Taoyuan district and volunteer residents motivated local people to sign a petition to protest the CCP’s inhuman atrocities. The activity ended on July 20th. The host said that a candlelight vigil would be held at 8 p.m. on July 20th to commemorate fellow practitioners tortured to death by CCP.

Mr. Hsu, a warm hearted local resident, says everyone should stand up to protest violence and killing.

During March this year, several witnesses disclosed that the CCP conducts live organ harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners imprisoned in labour camps, prisons, and concentration camps. A Canadian independent investigation team released a report on July 6th verifying this mass organ harvesting.

A local resident, Mr. Chang said after hearing a practitioner’s explanation, "It is inconceivable that such inhuman atrocities continue in this world." He called upon all leaders across the world to take action to stop theses atrocities.

Mr. Hsu, another local resident said, "Everyone in the world should stand up against this. I will tell more people to protest against this violence and killing!"
