On the afternoon of June 26th, 2006, Turkish Falun Gong practitioners protested outside the Chinese Embassy. In front of the Embassy’s main entrance, Falun Gong practitioners displayed a banner printed with the Chinese and Turkish wording of ‘Falun Dafa is good’, sat in meditation, in protest against the Chinese Communist Party's persecution of Falun Gong practitioners.

The practitioners talked to the Embassy’s security guards and the policemen who came to make inquiries about the Chinese Communist regime’s seven-year brutal persecution to the Falun Gong practitioners and its atrocity of taking the Falun Gong practitioners’ organs for profit when they were still alive.

Some of the practitioners drove more than eight hours from the southern cities of Turkey to the capital to participate in the event. They said, “The reason why we used such much of our own time to arrive here is to stop the Chinese Communist Party’s persecution of Falun Gong practitioners. The early the persecution could be stopped, the more the Chinese people can avoid being killed. As such, our hardship means nothing special.’
