Poem: Bitter Harvest

Print

Hearts but shameless
bodies now nameless
from bloodstained hands
to a most bitter harvest.

Such human atrocities
life, a mere commodity
a feast repulsive
impossible to digest.

Of moral descent
no cause for consent
crimes without conscience
behind closed doors.

One staggering giant
over a world compliant
China, come awaken
reap this harvest no more.
