How The Chinese Communist Party Incites Police to Rape Innocent Mothers

In December of 1937, occupying Japanese forces committed the Nanking Massacre in China. Their brutality, especially against women and even older women, was chilling. The first published diary of a Chinese person recording the sequence of events during the Nanking Massacre, the Cheng Ruifang Diary, said, (on December 18th, 1937) the Japanese troops "were extremely savage and had no restraint. They killed and raped at will regardless of age. One family consisted of mother and daughter. The mother was in her 60's and was gang raped by three troops. The daughter was in her 40's and was gang raped by two troops. There was no humanity left in them..."

Over half a century has past, and although Chinese elders often remind younger generations to not forget the brutality by the Japanese forces in the 1930's, the group led by Jiang Zemin and the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) continue to repeat the same or worse tragedies in the land of China.

Around 2:00 p.m., November 25th, 2005, a policeman named He Xuejian from Dongchengfang Town Police Station in Zhuozhou City, Hebei Province, with the excuse of "conducting official duties," took 51-year-old Falun Gong practitioner Liu Jizhi to a room and savagely beat her as soon as they entered the room. He pressed her against a bed and started groping her breasts. Then he lifted her shirt up and shocked her breasts with a stun baton. While watching the sparks from the stun baton, He Xuejian repeatedly commented, "This is fun! This is fun!" Despite Ms. Liu's protests and struggle, He Xuejian stripped off her shirt and sat on her stomach. Then he began to fondle her genitals, Ms. Liu pleaded, "You are a policeman! You must not commit such a crime! This is totally wrong! You are a young man! I am an old woman. Please spare me." He Xuejian ignored her plea and took out his penis and penetrated her. During the rape, He Xuejian repeatedly slapped her face and choked her neck. Ms. Liu was left with bruises all over her body. Another policeman was in the same room and watched the entire process.

He Xuejian later forced another Falun Gong practitioner, 42-year-old Ms. Han Yuzhi, to enter the room and raped her too.

The rape and violence by the occupying Japanese forces occurred during wartime and was against people of an enemy country. Policeman He Xuejian's unscrupulous brutality was against fellow Chinese people, even women of his mother's age, during the CCP's so-called "peaceful development" period. The uniform worn by the scoundrel was meant to protect the people, but became his outfit for raping people. His so-called "official duties" were actually raping mothers under broad daylight.

He Xuejian is a perverted and depraved beast that has lost all conscience.

Was he born like this? When he was younger, would he have felt indifferent or amused if his mother or sister were raped, or if someone shocked his daughter's breasts with a stun baton? When he first wore the police uniform, did he dare to rape innocent women during official duty time? Probably not. He has become corrupt and lost his sense of humanity to this extent. He has transformed from a man to a monster. The following points help to highlight why this may have taken place:

1. When "Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance" is persecuted, and "lies, evil, and struggle" become the common beliefs in society, providing a hotbed for the transformation of men into beasts - Because of jealousy and an extremely strong desire for power, Jiang Zemin started the persecution of Falun Gong, and he did so against the will of others in the government. He yelled, "I just don't believe I can't defeat Falun Gong," and madly ordered to "ruin [Falun Gong practitioners'] reputation, bankrupt them economically, and destroy them physically," "deaths caused by police beating are treated as suicides."

2. All media of the country have been used to slander Falun Gong - Large-scale "criticising sessions" are held, and lies are spread to instigate hatred against Falun Gong. The government established the "610 Offices"1 at every level to focus on the persecution of Falun Gong. The "610 Offices" are above the local police, procuratorate, and court systems. They arrest, fine, detain, brainwash, torture and sexually abuse Falun Gong practitioners at will.

3. So-called "accomplishment" in the persecution of Falun Gong is tied to every official and law enforcement officer's periodic evaluation and employment, which forces people to participate in the persecution

4. Those who persecute Falun Gong are not punished for their crimes. Instead, they are given bonuses and promotions

5. Open interference with the operation of the court system. No one is allowed to defend Falun Gong practitioners in court. Falun Gong practitioners are denied any appeal. Their human rights are not protected at all.

It was under such an environment that He Xuejian transformed from a man into a beast.

Jiang Zemin and the CCP's persecution of Falun Gong not only caused countless Falun Gong practitioners to become homeless and to lose their families, not to mention even causing their deaths, but also turned countless men like He Xuejian into monsters. The horrific social consequences are immeasurable.

When the CCP's police force is full of beasts like He Xuejian, the people they will rape and harm are not limited to Falun Gong practitioners. Everyone's mother, sister or daughter could be the next victim. China will only have a bright future if it immediately stops this persecution and brings the Jiang group and beasts like He Xuejian to justice in accordance with the law.

Note:

1. The 610 office is an agency specifically created to persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all other political and judiciary systems.
