On the 1st of October, the Chinese National Day of Mourning, the UK branch of The Epoch Times newspaper, the Federation of Saying “Good-bye” to the CCP and the Committee to Remember the 6.4 Massacre jointly held a rally in front of the Chinese Embassy in London to condemn the crimes of the CCP and support 4.7 million Chinese people withdrawing their memberships of the CCP. Falun Gong practitioners were also invited to participate in the rally. At the rally, a Falun Gong practitioner read out the following message to staff in the Chinese Embassy with their pure hearts.

Falun Gong practitioners joined the mourning day appeal A practitioner reads a message to the Embassy staff

Dear Fellow Countrymen at the Chinese Embassy,

We are Falun Gong practitioners who often petition in front of the Chinese Embassy. In a sense, we are old friends. It has been almost three and a half years since UK Falun Gong practitioners started the silent vigil on the 5th of June 2002. We see one another across the road 24 hours a day. Regretfully we have not been able to communicate verbally face to face. However, we are not disappointed at all with literal correspondence, which is the only avenue for communication at this stage. We share the same steep Chinese culture dating back five thousand years, hence common roots.

There is a popular ancient Chinese saying: “Goodness and evil are rewarded accordingly.” In this day and age when money is valued more than anything else, many people do not believe in the ancient philosophy anymore. But more people believe that what goes around comes around. Recently during Hu Jintao’s visit to North America, Falun Gong practitioners expressed our heartfelt appeal to him, “The time that God and people left you is flying by.” At such a historical juncture where every single person has to make his or her own choices, we hope Hu Jintao will choose wisely. Similarly, we sincerely hope that all you fellow countrymen who work at the Chinese Embassy in London will also make your own wise choice.

As part of your work you might have had chances to glance through Falun Gong books and internet sites. Presumably you have a certain level of understanding of Falun Gong. Falun Gong teaches people to be kind, becoming a good person according to the principles of “Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance.” Through these three and a half years that we appeal here, surely you know in the bottom of your heart that the CCP’s deprecation of Falun Gong is all lies reminiscent of styles typical in the Cultural Revolution.

The CCP’s persecution of Falun Gong is extremely brutal yet concealed. So 2,742 people have been persecuted to death while this persecution continues. People have to maintain a certain level of moral standards. Even those who have been well-tamed through the CCP’s various political movements cannot turn a blind eye. Every Chinese person with a kind conscience has a yardstick to measure right from wrong. In the end, evil will not win over righteousness. It is divine justice that goodness and evil are rewarded accordingly. Falun Gong practitioners in Mainland China and overseas have managed step by step through this evil and brutal persecution while Jiang Zemin and his accomplices in persecuting Falun Gong have been taken to court. The persecution of righteous believers, be it in history or in the future, will face punishment by law. Persecutors will meet with terrible consequences in their true lives. Anybody with a kind conscience will feel guilty about taking part in the persecution.

As you all know, Chen Yonglin, the former 1st Secretary for Political Affairs at the Chinese Embassy in Sydney, applied for political asylum to the Australian Government on the 26th of May, a few weeks before he was due to return to China at the end of his term. He was dissatisfied with the CCP’s persecution of dissidents, including Falun Gong. In his application letter to the Australian Immigration Office, he confessed that he acquired grey hair early due to guilty nightmares from persecuting Falun Gong with evil methods under the direction of the CCP during his 4 years in office. Chen said, “If I returned to China, I would continue to be put in charge of persecuting Falun Gong due to my past experience in dealing with them. I would rather die than being forced to do so.”

Leaving the evil CCP, Chen Yonglin left nightmares. Furthermore, the kind act of standing out and speaking up made up for his past wrongdoings. Falun Gong practitioners hold no grudges. Simply for people to have a glorious future, for a few years we have been consistently telling the truth to people, including the persecutors such as the police and the officials. We hope more of those coerced by the CCP into taking part in the persecution can walk out of nightmares into a bright future like Chen Yonglin has.

Since November last year when The Epoch Times published the series of editorials “Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party”, nearly 5 million people from all walks of life, even high-ranking CCP party officials, have quit the CCP. At this critical juncture in history, everyone has to be responsible for his or her own future. During the 50-odd years of the CCP’s ruling, the Party persecuted Falun Gong, massacred students at Tiananmen Square, cracked down on intellectuals and tortured nearly everyone during the Cultural Revolution. The CCP completely destroyed 5,000 years of Chinese traditional culture and replaced it with evil party culture, making the people lose their human nature. 8 million innocent lives have been lost through various political movements. Such a ruthless political party has now degenerated into an interest group that sells the ancestor’s territory and embezzles the public assets, as well as people’s hard-earned money. God’s elimination has begun. What kind of future will you have still following the CCP?

Fellow countrymen at the Chinese Embassy, this is what we want to say to you every day sitting in front of the Embassy. We hope you can carefully consider your own future by walking out of the nightmare into a bright future!

Today happens to be the 1st of October, a black day indeed for the Chinese people. On this day 56 years ago, the CCP officially established communist power in mainland China whereby people are slaughtered in the name of the state. This CCP evil spirit cannot represent the Chinese nation with five thousand years of civilisation. The 1st of October is not the “National Day” for China, nor is it the birthday of the Chinese nation with five thousand years of history. The 1st of October is the National Day of Mourning. We look forward to the fast approaching of a new China free from the CCP’s ruling, where people enjoy freedom and democracy!
