Prior to New Year's Day, a senior couple approaching 70 years of age went to post banners to persuade people to be good. A devious policeman named Lu Wei of the Central Police Station in Dumeng County tailed them. Lu Wei led a group of four or five policemen to conduct an illegal search of this couple's home. They further pressured the couple for the source of the banners. Currently, this couple is under detention on criminal charges. The wicked police have declared that forced labour "re-education" was pending. During the detention, the husband suffered from a recurrence of heart problems. Ren Caijun, the chief of the Central Police Station, told the couple's family members that, "If he dies, it is to be counted as a suicide, so his death will be in vain."
