Poem: Changing Tides

Make no room
For unchanging tides
Seasons encumbered
And finite skies.

Make no room
For bellowing seas
Wayward journeys
Or common dreams.

Make no room
For a clouded heart
Lesser truths and all
Where courage departs.

Make no room
For blinded eyes
A conscience closed
And unchanging tides.
