European Friends of Falun Gong Submits a List of Chinese Communist Party Criminals to the UK Home Office

European Friends of Falun Gong (EFOFG) has handed in a list of 14 primary criminals taking part in the persecution against Falun Gong practitioners to the Immigration and Nationality Department of the UK Home Office. The list included evidence of their crimes and called on the Home Office not to issue visas to anyone on the list who may plan to visit the UK in the future. If anyone on the list visits UK, he will be the subject of legal action according to the UN Conventions on Torture and Genocide, as well as crimes under Section 86 of the UK Criminal Justice Act of 1988.

The list includes former president of China and former Chairman of the Chinese Military Committee Jiang Zemin, Deputy director of the “6-10 Office”* Luo Gan, Deputy Minister of Public Security Liu Qi, Minister of Public Security Zhou Yongkang, Director of the “6-10 Office” Li Lanqing, Director of the “6-10 Office” Wang Maolin, Deputy Director of the “6-10 Office” Yuan Yin, Deputy Secretary of Shijiazhuang Kang Huihe, Jia Xiaoguo, Li Lianping, Cao Zhixia, Niu Yubao and Liu Wenming. European Friends of Falun Gong is going to increase the list in the due course.

European Friends of Falun Gong points out in the letter to the Home Office that the members of EFOFG are not Falun Gong practitioners; they are supporters of Falun Gong practitioners’ freedom of belief and basic human rights. In the last 6 six years, the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) brutal persecution of Falun Gong practitioners has violated the International Human Rights Convention which China has signed. The CCP has also gone against the rules of nature in its widespread destruction of the lives of so many innocent people and the CCP’s crimes are crimes against humanity.

European Friends of Falun Gong hopes that the list handed in to the Home Office will remind those who are still persecuting Falun Gong practitioners in China that they will be punished in the future if they do not stop immediately. EFOFG also hopes their actions can help to bring an earlier ending of this persecution.
