New Danish Translation of the Book “Falun Gong” is completed

During the Christmas holidays, the new translation draft of the Danish-version of the book "Falun Gong" was basically completed, and it can also be downloaded from the website [http://www.falundafa.dk/ ]. It was the most precious gift presented to the Danish people by Danish practitioners. The first Danish-version of "Falun Gong" was once posted on the website two years ago. At that time, there were not many western Falun Dafa practitioners in Denmark. With the increased popularity of Falun Dafa, the number of western practitioners in Denmark has also risen, and their understanding of the Fa [principles of Falun Gong have deepened as time goes by. When reading again the first translation of the Danish-version of "Falun Gong", they found that there were many errors and discrepancies in terms of translation. As a result, two young western practitioners were instantly determined to start to do a new translation all over again.

Being highly responsible, these two practitioners did this translation work by keeping in mind lessons learnt from the previous translation experience. It took them a large amount of time to refer to the original Chinese edition, English edition and Swedish edition, contemplating and discussing it word-by-word and sentence-by-sentence. They overcame the difficulties resulting from living far apart from each other. The translation of the whole book was mostly completed during face-to-face discussions. Thus the translation of the new Danish-edition of "Falun Gong" is more mature and accurate.

Currently, the Danish-version of "Falun Gong" is only available on the website - http://www.falundafa.dk/. After further revisions, hard copies will be formally published in the not-too-distant future. It is able to serve a very important purpose of helping more Danish people to learn about Falun Dafa during this period of time.
