Editors’ Note: After the Chinese dictator Jiang Zemin and his regime started persecuting Falun Gong practitioners in the 20th of July, 1999, those Falun Gong practitioners who are artists by profession hope to express the joy that Falun Gong practitioners have experienced since they started cultivating in Falun Gong, their invincible righteousness that helps them brave the cruel tortures and bloody persecution, their continuous pursuit of Falun Gong’s cultivation principles of Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance, and their faith that righteousness shall ultimately prevail over evil.

“Genocide” by Wang Zhiping, 2004

All the physical tortures used against those who practise Falun Gong are used in combination with mental torture to try to force Falun Gong practitioners to stop practising Falun Gong, to renounce Falun Gong by writing the “Three Statements,” including a letter of repentance, a guarantee to never again practise Falun Gong, and a list of names and addresses of all family members, friends and acquaintances who are practitioners, and, thus to betray their spiritual belief and their souls. Equally appalling is the Chinese police’s sexual assaults and molests of female Falun Gong practitioners. These are the most contemptible crimes against humanity in mankind’s history. This painting reveals the Chinese police’s sexual assaults against female Falun Gong practitioners in China.
