I wrote this poem for my sister, Zhu Baolian who is still suffering in the Beijing Women’s Prison

Hello, brother,
Can you hear me?
I’m calling you from a Chinese jail.
Today is Christmas Day,
Still we are forced to slave labour.
No Santa, no cake
Why? I am a believer
In Truth, Compassion, & Tolerance

Hello, sister,
Can you hear me?
I’m calling you from the bottom of my heart.
Today’s your birthday,
We all miss you for sure.
Keep smiling, keep strong
Yes, Falun Dafa, Falun Gong,
Has supporters all around the World.

Hello, brother,
Can you hear me?
I’m calling you from a Beijing torture centre.
Today is Chinese New Year,
We cannot be together.
Forced-feeding, electric baton!
But I still wish
Every happiness to you and others everywhere.

Hello, sister,
Can you hear me?
I’m calling you from the United Nations.
Today is Easter Day.
We will rescue you for sure.
Keep smiling, keep strong
Ah, the pure, pure light
Of Zhen, Shan, Ren1 rises everywhere.

1. Zhen Shan Ren - Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance. The three principles taught in Falun Gong.
