Police in Dalian City, Liaoning Province Have to Arrest 9 Falun Gong Practitioners Before They Can Get a Pay Bonus

A colleague of my sister's disclosed in a conversation that one of her relatives is a police officer in Dalian City, Liaoning Province, who handles the issue of Falun Gong. She said that the authorities have given quotas for each police officer to arrest 9 practitioners. Otherwise, they won't get their bonuses. The police officers privately discussed distributing equally the practitioners they arrested so that every one can get their bonus.
