On February 15, 2004, several dozen Dafa practitioners in the Guandong Area of Japan gathered outside the Chinese Embassy in Tokyo, and unfurled three banners that read, "Bring Jiang Zemin to Justice," and "Put Jiang on Trial" in both Chinese and Japanese.

It has been four and a half years since Jiang's group started the persecution of Faun Dafa practitioners. As of today, 884 Dafa practitioners are verified to have died as a result of the persecution, and the number increases every week. In the face of this brutal persecution, practitioners in Japan gathered outside the Chinese Embassy to call upon the Chinese government to immediately stop the suppression of Falun Gong and bring the chief criminal and his followers to justice.

Falun Gong practitioners in Japan have been peacefully appealing in front of the Chinese Embassy for three consecutive years. They have continued doing this in all kinds of weather, even in typhoons and heavy rain. Elderly practitioners arrived quite early every day opposite the Chinese Embassy after getting everything in order at home. Dafa practitioners' efforts have won many kind people's understanding and support. At the end of last November, a famous TV Station in Japan aired the news about Yoko Kaneko being unlawfully sentenced to forced labour in Beijing, and a guest host once mentioned Dafa practitioners' peaceful appeal in front of the Chinese Embassy with respect. He said he lived near the Chinese Embassy, and he could see Dafa practitioners every day.

We believe that our endeavour will enable more kind-hearted people to learn the truth about Falun Gong, that the lies will be exposed and perpetrators of this persecution will be held accountable for their wrongdoings.
