In order to urge the Chinese regime to stop the persecution of Falun Gong and to save the lives of Dafa practitioners who are on hunger strike in Jilin prison, on the 1st of November Dafa practitioners in Munich returned to the Chinese consulate to appeal again following the last activity on 30th of October. They strongly requested the immediate release of Dafa practitioners detained in Jilin prison and called for an end to the persecution of Falun Gong. At the same time, they called on the German people to pay attention to the Jiang regime’s brutal persecution of Falun Gong and to help end this disaster as soon as possible.

Falun Gong practitioners in mainland China have suffered a lot in this persecution. Many of them have been driven away from their homes and sent to prisons or labour camps, as well as having suffered from torture. Many have also been forcibly brainwashed whilst others have been separated from their families and have even been persecuted to death. The twin brother of a practitioner living in Munich, Ouyang Ming, died after having suffered from brutal torture. Our friend, Xiong Wei, a former student of Berlin Technical University is also still imprisoned in Beijing’s Tuanhe labour camp. The activities that practitioners held at the consulate were to demand justice for Dafa and Dafa practitioners and to callfor an end to this brutal persecution.

At the end of the appeal, the sky that had been gloomy all day gradually cleared up. Unexpectedly, buses packed with Chinese tourists parked in front of the consulate and they all saw our appeal. Practitioners distributed materials to them to let them know the facts. Looking at them as they left, the practitioners deeply believe that justice will finally overcome the evil. This disaster for all people will come to an end.
