In his speech, the President once again strongly asked China to stop this barbarian and inhumane persecution and to release all the detained Falun Gong practitioners. Considering the situations in Germany and in Europe, he also asked China’s overseas diplomatic organisations to stop persecuting Falun Gong practitioners outside China. As for the overseas persecution, the president said the International Human Rights Association will help the Falun Gong practitioners to take any effective legal action.
