Poem: Cultivation In Falun Gong

I love the Fa[1] from my heart,
From my soul it will never depart,
Practising cultivation can be painful,
That’s why one’s heart must be pure and faithful.

One’s level is raised at a tremendous speed,
Energy mechanisms planted in the body as seeds,
But only by having a righteous mind,
Can existing restraints at all levels unwind.

Cultivate yourself according to Zhen – Shan – Ren[2],
Allowing thoughts and actions to be Truthful again,
Practising the exercises to reach the purest state,
One’s thoughts and actions determine one’s fate.
