Austria: Dafa Practitioners Hold Activities to Commemorate the Fourth Anniversary of the Peaceful Appeal in Beijing

On April 25 1999, ten thousand Falun Gong practitioners went to Beijing to peacefully appeal to the Chinese government and tell them the facts about Falun Gong. This incident marked a magnificent day in history. On the fourth anniversary of this historic day, Dafa practitioners in Austria held a series of commemorative activities in downtown Vienna.

It was a pleasant day in Vienna. There were many people in the centre of the city who stopped to watch the practitioners’ exercise demonstration and listen to their speeches. So many people were interested in learning about Falun Gong and the persecution that practitioners ran out of their newly-printed information on the genocide lawsuit against Chinese dictator Jiang in just one hour. People were shocked and infuriated when they learned that such a peaceful practice is being brutally persecuted. Many Chinese people also stayed with practitioners for a long time to learn the true facts about Falun Gong.

In the evening, practitioners held a candlelight vigil in front of the Chinese embassy.
