In October 2002, Dafa practitioner Song Xingguo from Cangzhou City, Hebei Province was transferred from the Shijiazhuang City Forced Labour Camp to the Handan City Forced Labour Camp. At that time, his left arm was already broken due to brutal beatings by guards at Shijiazhuang. Due to the fact that the authorities try their utmost to cover up their crimes and hide the facts, it is only known that in early November 2002, he was tortured to death at the Handan City Forced Labour Camp. However no more details are known at present.
