Background
Falun Gong is an advanced practice of Buddha school self-cultivation and was made public in China by Mr. Li Hongzhi in May 1992. It is based on the principle of Truth-Compassion-Forbearance. The five exercises exercises that are part of Falun Gong are gentle and slow, and suitable for people of all ages and all walks of life.

Millions of people around the world are practising Falun Dafa. While it can take a true practitioner to high levels, it has played a positive role in stabilizing society and improving people's health and moral standards.
