The Brassac Salon Art Exhibition held its first public showing in the City of Brassac, France, on May 30-June 9, 2013.

Visitors learn the Falun Gong exercises

One Falun Gong practitioner, who is also a local professional sculptor, participated in the event. Some of the names of her art pieces included, Shen Yun, Mongolian Dance , Sacred Lotus and The Five Exercises of Falun Gong.

Sculpture: The Five Exercises of Falun Gong

The organizer was very pleased to exhibit the practitioner’s sculptures and allowed her to place some Dafa-related materials next to each of her art pieces. As soon as some visitors approached the sculpture, The Five Exercises of Falun Gong , they stopped to read the materials. Some people asked for additional information and others expressed an interest in learning the five Falun Gong exercises, right then and there.

Some artists who participated in the exhibition asked if there was a practice site nearby. A lot of people said they would do some research on Falun Gong when they got home.

During the art exhibition, many locals and tourists learned about Falun Gong and about the ongoing persecution in China.

“Thank you very much for bringing those special works of art here,” said the organizer to the practitioner at the end of the event. “We hope to see you again here next year!”
