Practitioner Mr Ma Shengbo lives in Liujia Township, Nong'an County. He is illegally detained in Chaoyanggou Forced Labour Camp. Because Ma Shengbo did not give up his belief in Falun Dafa, he was forced to take off his clothes and lay on the freezing bathroom floor with all the doors and windows open to let in the cold air. First, the sadistic prison guards beat his back and legs with a board until swollen and bleeding. Then, they whipped him with a wire until his wounds were as deep as 1 cm. Next, they dumped salt onto the wounds and mashed it in with their hands. Then, they did the same thing with detergent. They finished by dumping ten basins of cold water on his body. He was in agony, while the base guards revelled in his pain!

Ma Shengbo was forced to sit on a little bench for over ten hours every day and forced to read slanderous and falsified material about Falun Gong. He was persecuted physically and mentally. Even the prisoners said that the prison guards were too evil and inhumane in their treatment of this practitioner.

Due to practitioner Xing Yueshan's belief in "Truthfulness, Benevolence, and Forbearance" he was tortured by the evildoers with the methods mentioned above and could not get out of bed for three days. Other practitioners could not walk or stand for several days also due to torture.
Due to the torture, and without medical treatment, practitioner Sui Futao from Liuhe County died in the Chaoyanggou Forced Labour Camp. The specific reason for his death is not clear. His family received only his ashes, with no explanation. Some criminal education personnel told us that Sui Futao was beaten to death.
