After presenting the Chinese Spectacular 140 times in 19 Asian and Australian cities, the Divine Performing Arts returned to the United States on April 21st, and will hold several shows at Blaisdell Concert Hall in Honolulu. The mayor of Honolulu, Mufi Hannemann, sent a congratulatory letter to the arts company.

Mr. Hannemann welcomed the DPA to Honolulu. He said the elegant costumes, beautiful dances, and music "will combine traditional fairy tales and modern techniques and demonstrate the principle of 'Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance.'"

On behalf of the citizens of Honolulu, Mr. Hannemann extended his best wishes to the show.
