Police Mistreat a 78-Year-Old Woman That Travelled a Long Distance to Visit Her Daughter in Dalian City, Liaoning Province

On August 14th, 2007, the police officers in Dalian City arrested more than 20 practitioners, including Ms. Liu Yun from Jincheng City, from a house in the Shahekou District in Dalian City.

On the morning of September 11th, accompanied by family members, Ms. Liu's 78-year-old mother travelled a long distance from Jincheng City to the Qingniwaqiao Police Station in the Zhongshan District, Dalian City. She asked why the officers had arrested her daughter.

Cui Bin, the deputy director, responded to her questions with all kinds of lies fabricated by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). He also rudely stopped her and her family members from talking.

Ms. Liu Yun is her mother's only means of support. Since Ms. Liu's arrest, her mother has had no assured means of support.
