Ms. Shi Xizhi Died from Torture in the Second Women's Prison of Yunnan Province
When I was detained in the Second Women's Prison of Yunnan Province, Chinese Communist Party (CCP)officials started to send Falun Dafa practitioners to the intensive training ward. Every practitioner was monitored by two inmates, and each practitioner's every word and action was watched. For the most resolute practitioners, the torture was even more brutal. Officials drugged Ms. Shi Xizhi to death. Practitioners detained in prison cells and solitary confinement were forced to get up at 6:20 a.m. From 10:30 a.m. To 11:30 a.m., they were forced to sit in a fixed posture. They were also forced to stand from early morning to late night. When the prison guards tortured them with drugs, they were restricted from drinking water. They were only allowed to go to the toilet three times a day. Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Yang Wenxian began to behave abnormally due to the drugs administered to her against her will. She even had difficulty sitting. I was mistreated with drugs so badly that I had to be sent to emergency room four times. After I resisted the mistreatment with all the might I had, the guards finally abated their torture a little. Ms. Shi Xizhi died from drug overdoses. She had high blood pressure, so the guards purposely gave her drugs that were harmful to her blood pressure, which resulted in her death. Late at night on March 8th, 2005, the prison called her daughter, saying that her mother was gravely ill. Ms. Shi Xizhi passed away in the early morning of March 17th, 2005. Ms. Shi Xizhi lived in the 402 Second Building in Yinfu Neighbourhood, Kunming City, Yunnan Province. Because she was determined to practise Falun Dafa, she was arrested from her home by police between April and May 2002. She was secretly tried and sentenced to four years of imprisonment. She was detained in the Second Prison of Yunnan Province.
