Changlinzi Forced Labour Camp of Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province Mistreats Falun Dafa Practitioners

Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Gong Wenyi, from the Daowai District of Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province has been on a hunger strike for more than three months, since December 13th, 2006. On March 9th, 2007, his oesophagus was chapped from vomiting blood, and he weighs less than one hundred pounds. The Changlinzi Forced Labour Camp Administration still won't release him, and they continue to mistreat him.

Mr. Gong was arrested on August 10th, 2006, in Harbin City and was later sentenced to forced labour.

Practitioner Mr. Xu Qingshen of the Handian District, Shuangcheng City, was arrested on August 23rd, 2005, and sentenced to forced labour for two and a half years. He is detained in the Fourth Ward of the Changlinzi Labour Camp. He was forced to do exhausting physical labour such as picking up and moving food signs. Later he was forced to undergo blood tests. The nurse injected him with poisonous drugs. As a result, he is currently disabled and cannot take care of himself.

Ding Hong (male), a guard in the Fourth Ward of Changlinzi Labour Camp, is the most vicious person there. He often verbally abuses practitioners for more than an hour at a time and claims that he is "taking care of them."

The food in Changlinzi Forced Labour Camp is worse than pigs' food. The cooked food doesn't contain any sort of oil, and the rice is half-cooked. The forced labour camp treats all prisoners, including the elderly, disabled, and sick, inhumanely. People who cannot work are thrown outside to endure the freezing cold.

Currently there are many practitioners protesting the persecution by holding hunger strikes.
