Poem: Endless Tides

Beyond light and dark
life and death
stretching hearts forever wide.
Above stage and strife
and stormy seas
a voyage upon endless tides.

Behind the 'party'* lines
China's darkest walls
rising to silence the cries.
Above trial and tears
and a cast of shadows
a journey toward cloudless skies.
