Precious seeds scattered
across poisoned ground
where fruits ripen bitter
and warnings resound.

From skies ever dark
churning seas to rage
closer to a chapter’s end
and the turning of another page.

Until many hearts shine
China awakens to the hour
where fruits ripen forever sweet
and precious seeds come to flower.
