Poem: A Trade of Lies

A trade of lies
where the truth disguised
and lives reduced to dollars.
From the ‘Party’s’* conception
to its world-wide deception
condemning many a conscience to squalor.

From millions in forced-labour
to the trade of organs
a harvest bitter and more.
Come China awaken
with lives no longer forsaken
finding your heart like never before.
