Germany: North German and Hamburg Practitioners appeal at the Chinese Consulate

Hamburg practitioners protested at the Chinese Consulate on July 20th to mark seven years of persecution by the Chinese Communist Party in China. The practitioners also attempted to deliver a letter in the hope that the Consulate staff would accept it.
