Dutch Parliamentary Debate Discusses Sujiatun Concentration Camp
>The following letter was sent to a Dutch Falun Gong practitioner by a representative of the Dutch Government. Enclosed I send you the questions we raised during the weekly parliamentary debate with the Dutch Government. The questions were raised by Dutch Parliament member Mr. Herben (of the LPF Party) to the Minister of Foreign Affairs concerning a secret concentration camp especially designed to hold Falun Gong adherents in China:
2. Is the Dutch Government willing, potentially in the form of an international alliance, to plea for an independent investigation? 3.Can you indicate how many Falun Gong adherents have already died due to the repression of the Chinese authorities? 4. Is the Dutch government, either alone or in the form of an international alliance, willing to take sanctions if above-mentioned reports on the Sujiatun Camp turn out to be true? If [the reports on Sujiatun are] not true, what is the Dutch government planning to do [about the persecution of Falun Gong adherents]? Is the government willing to summon the Chinese Ambassador for this? 5. What is true of the repeated reports (see for example http://www.theepochtimes.com/news/6-3-9/39083.html) that there is a wide China State-sponsored trade in organs of executed prisoners? What is the Dutch position on this? Are you willing to reveal this position to the Chinese authorities? If so, in what way?
