Poem: Party Line
By a Falun Gong practitioner
Trading lives for countless tears
millions under a rule by fear.
Come rise above China’s repressive law
and toe the ‘Party’* line no more.Free from its spectre of brutality
awakening from a history of calamity.
Let nations now hear the call
and the world’s silence reign no more.Where many a heart of courage found
voices raised and freedom resounds.
Shine the light of truth to every shore
and toe the ‘Party’ line no more!
