New Zealand practitioners held an appeal in front of the Chinese Consulate in Auckland on the evening of June 21st to expose the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) brutal persecution of Falun Gong practitioners and to call for the punishment of recently murdered Gao Rongrong, a female practitioner from Shenyang of Liaoning province, China.

Many people in cars passing by honked their horns to express their support. After the media reported that Chinese police officer Mr. Chen Yonglin declared his resignation from the CCP in Australia and exposed the CCP's persecution of Falun Gong, many locals have come to know about the persecution.
