The Tiananmen Square Self-immolation Is a Complete Hoax

On January 25th, 2005, I went to visit a relative who works for the Public Security Bureau. I said to him that Jiang Zemin and his group directed and staged the "Tiananmen Self-immolation" to frame Falun Gong. He nodded and told me a story.

He told me that one of his colleagues went to Tiananmen Square for his daily morning walk on the day of the self-immolation. The police stopped him and asked to see his ID. He said, "I live in Beijing. Why should I bring my ID with me out on a walk?" The officer said, "It's a rule from the top." Another officer came over. He recognised the man and said to him, "You should go home early." When he entered Tiananmen Square, he sensed that the atmosphere was different. There were many police officers and plainclothes police. They not only checked people's IDs, they also searched their bodies and bags. After working in the police system for several decades, he felt like something major was going to happen and left quickly.

After he went home, he told his family not to go to Tiananmen Square for the rest of the day. A few days later, the Central China TV (CCTV) broadcast the self-immolation incident. After watching the programme he was angry and stated, "This is such a show! How could the immolators enter the square when the police checked everyone? How could the police have fire extinguishers and fire blankets, ready to use, unless they had them ready before the immolation? Why did they look so relaxed when putting out the fires? Who recorded Wang Jindong's voice when he shouted the slogans? How is it possible that his hair and the plastic bottle [between his legs] remained intact during the fire?" He sighed and said, "It's really unbelievable that such a large country and such a major Party resort to such base means to frame Falun Gong."

I said, "Recently, the Party mouthpieces, the Xinhua News Agency and CCTV, again resurrected and faked the self-immolation case, and they even quoted a foreign reporter." Before I could finish, my relative said, "It's all a big hoax! No matter what props they use." He then said, "Zhao Ziyang passed away on January 17th, and the old news of the self-immolation was broadcast on January 18th. This is one of the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) old tricks -- diverting public attention." Before I left, my relative said to me, "The clouds won't shield the sun forever. The world will know the truth!"
