Between August the 20th and August the 22nd 2004, German Falun Gong practitioners took part in Dresden’s annual City Festival. Practitioners were invited to perform for forty five minutes on the stage twice every day. Also, practitioners at two stalls clarified the truth, taking advantage of every chance to tell people about Falun Gong and the persecution between participating in the dance performances.
