Poem: Horizons to Heart

By someone who practises Falun Gong

Turning sights inward,
Unblinding the eyes,
What skies would describe your heart?
Turquoise blue or clouded grey,
Closer to boundless horizons
Or confined, still worlds apart.

Turning inward,
Defining shores,
What seas would describe your mind?
Tumultuous waves or tranquil waters
Far from any perilous voyage…
Such new horizons emerging for hearts unblind.
