On May the 13th 2004, Dafa practitioners in Pjatigorsk City, Russia, held activities to celebrate World Falun Dafa Day. Dressed in yellow clothing and with display boards and balloons, Dafa practitioners drew the attention of the citizens of Pjatigorsk City. Many residents received leaflets letting them know about the practice of Falun Dafa and the brutal persecution that is happening in China, while many children were given balloons and Dafa bookmarks. The photos on the display boards described how Falun Dafa has gained global popularity.

People noticed that the sky was dark and cloudy except the sky above Dafa practitioners. Balloons printed with the words "Falun Dafa" were flying high in the sky, bringing delight and pleasure to people.
