Mayor Peter La Vallee of Eureka, California, issued a proclamation for Falun Dafa on November 4, 2003, in which he encouraged all citizens to become aware of this ancient universal Chinese practice, and further encouraged Falun Gong practitioners to continue in their efforts to obtain the right to peacefully assemble to express their principles around the world.
