Mr. Zhang Jianping, spokesperson for Falun Gong in Paris, has faxed us the news that a delegation from the World Psychiatric Association will depart for Beijing on the 4th of April 2004 to investigate the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners inside China’s psychiatric hospitals. The persecution allegedly takes place under the directives of Chinese officials.
