Among the participants attending the International Conference on “Genocide in the New Era” were some Swedish Falun Gong practitioners. During the break the practitioners took advantage of this opportunity to tell the participants the truth about Falun Gong.

The practitioners told the delegates how Falun Dafa practitioners have lived by the principles of “Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance” and resisted the persecution peacefully, even though they have been under severe persecution in the last four years. After listening to the truth, the delegate from the Kenyan Embassy in Sweden said, “I admire your spirit of
‘Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance.’ You have brought hope of world peace. I am very glad to have this opportunity to participate in this meeting and to know Falun Gong practitioners.”

A Finnish lawyer thought that the programmes of the meeting were well-arranged and he paid close attention to each statement. He told one organiser of the meeting, “I have a further understanding of the current persecution against Falun Gong practitioners. I will give more support for your lawsuits against those involved in the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners.”

The wife of a delegate from an NGO showed great sympathy for Australian practitioner Jane Dai and her daughter. She repeatedly expressed her willingness to do something for them. The little girl gave a paper lotus she made to the kind lady.

A law school undergraduate studying in a Swedish university paid great attention to the painting exhibition of the artist and Falun Gong practitioner Zhang Cuiying, the photo exhibition of Falun Gong activities and the photo exhibition of China’s labour camps. The student told the practitioners, “You showed real beauty and compassion for humanity, while the persecutors showed evilness and ugliness.”
