Poem: Flawless Wings


Like a bird unfurled into the light of the sun,
Skies brimming of cloudless light
As the world and its darkness remain far below...

With an uncrowded heart
Lifting others into flight,
Offering flawless wings,
Welcomes beyond any feathers ruffled or frail.
