Vice-President of the French Parliament: The Chinese Government Must Change its Attitude towards Falun Gong Letters were sent from the Vice-President of the French Parliament to the Foreign Minister stating that France must react powerfully in regards to the human rights violations against Falun Gong. The letters also said that the Chinese government must change its attitude to Falun Gong. Eric Raoult (Ex-Minister) Paris, 1st October 2003 Dear Sir, I received the information you sent regarding the persecution of Falun Gong, a traditional Chinese cultivation practice. In order to acknowledge the government’s attitude toward this information, I decided to submit my concern in written form. Enclosed is a written statement of concern that was publicised in the Journal Officiel, a governmental newsletter. As soon as I receive a response from the Foreign Minister, I will inform you.
