Newsflash: Lawsuit Filed in Spain Against Jiang Zemin and Luo Gan


At 10am on Wednesday 15th October 2003, a lawsuit was filed in Spain’s National Court (Audiencia Nacional) against Chinese dictator Jiang Zemin and “6-10 Office” chief Luo Gan for genocide and crimes of torture.

The lawsuit had 15 plaintiffs and was filed by Falun Gong practitioners from US, Australia, Belgium and Spain, along with Madrid lawyer Carlos Iglesias. They are representing Falun Gong practitioners all over the world who are suffering under Jiang’s persecution.

After the lawsuit was filed, the Spanish Falun Dafa Association held a press conference to let the world’s media know about this step towards bringing Jiang to justice.
