Holland: Dafa is Warmly Welcomed in Gorichem On Sunday 17h August, practitioners travelled to the city of Gorinchem in Holland to promote Falun Dafa and let people know the facts about the brutal persecution in China.
As soon as the practitioners arrived at the Gorinchem train station, they started sending forth righteous thoughts together. They then came to a grassy plain on the banks of the Maas Lake and hung up banners that read Falun Dafa and Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance. One group of practitioners demonstrated the gentle and peaceful exercises, whilst others told passers-by about the brutal persecution happening in China. The people of Holland were amazed by our graceful exercises and watched carefully with great interest. A few even tried to copy the movements. They were shocked when they read in the leaflets about Jiang Zemins persecution against Falun Gong. In their hearts, they must have wondered, if Jiang Zemin persecuted people who believed in Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance then what did he believe in? One man stood and watched for a long time. He smiled gracefully and gave us the thumbs up sign as if to say Falun Dafa is good! Another lady immediately expressed a great interest in learning the five sets of exercises. After they received our leaflet a lot of people said from their hearts We wish you success! The dictator responsible for persecuting Falun Gong, Jiang Zemin; isnt he being brought to justice by all the kind-hearted people in the court of morality, in the court of peoples conscience, and in the court of law?
After the activity, practitioners all gathered together to study the Fa and send forth righteous thoughts. At the station it was time to say goodbye to my fellow practitioners and my heart was filled with a belief: Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance will bring this ancient, battle-scarred city eternal peace and harmony.
