France: Dafa practitioners gathered in front of the Chinese Embassy to Appeal Against the Persecution

After the parade on July 19th and 20th, on the afternoon of July 21st, practitioners from all parts of France participated in activities in front of the Chinese Embassy to protest against four years of persecution by Jiang’s evil regime. The practitioners told the truth to the French people and exposed Jiang Zemin’s deceitful lies; they called on all French citizens to support the lawsuit against Jiang Zemin and help to stop the persecution.

Chinese and French media, such as CAN, came to report on the activities. Two reporters from a web site set up by college students had a long chat with practitioners. After understanding the truth about Falun Gong, they wanted not only to report on today’s activities but also to write a thesis on Falun Gong.

After reading the Dafa leaflets, one lady asked, “Why does China want to crack down on Falun Gong? Besides its cultivation method, does Falun Gong have any theory or thought?” A practitioner told her, “The principles of Falun Gong are ‘Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance.’ Practitioners must lead their lives by these principles . . . .” Before the practitioner finished the remark, the lady interrupted him, “Oh, so this is what Falun Gong is. Isn’t it completely contrary to the thinking of communists?!”

Due to interference, practitioners could not read their statement aloud to the public through the amplifier. However, no interference could change practitioners’ determination to tell the truth and to expose the evil. Over ten practitioners read the statement aloud together both in Chinese and French; the noise of the passing vehicles also subsided so the voice of justice could clearly reach the public.
